Sausage Cheese Balls
Makes 8.5 dozen (1-inch) balls, or 102 pieces
Prep Time: 1 hour
3 cups Betty Crocker® Bisquick Original Pancake and Baking Mix
1-lb. uncooked bulk pork sausage
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
1.5 tsp fresh parsley (see Notes)

Sausage Cheese Balls Directions
Get ready
Assemble ingredients. Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly grease large baking pans.

Mix and bake
In large mixing bowl, use your hands to mix all ingredients until well blended.

Form into one inch (1-inch) balls and place on the prepared baking pans.

Bake in preheated 350º F oven until browned; this will take about twenty to twenty-five (20-25) minutes.

Then, immediately remove from pan and serve warm.

Sausage Cheese Balls Notes
  • You may substitute 1/2 tsp parsley flakes for the fresh parsley.

  • The uncooked balls can be made ahead and either refrigerated or frozen until ready to bake. Frozen, uncooked Sausage Cheese Balls will need to cook about twenty-five to thirty (25-30) minutes to brown.
