Shrimp Cocktail in Frozen Ice Bowl

Catch-of-the-Day Hoagies with Red Onion Relish
(Grouper, amberjack, red snapper or other firm-fleshed fillet)

Potato Chips

Piña Colada Ice Cream

Shortbread Shells

Beer     Wine Coolers     Soft drinks


Notes
  • Using found sea shells (or fresh lemon slices), create an ice bowl for serving the shrimp. Place  the ice bowl in a flat basket tray, lined with a plastic bag holding a bed of crushed ice. Scatter lemon wedges over the crushed ice for serving.

  • Serve the sandwiches and chips in individual lined sandwich baskets and add an American flag pick to the sandwich.
