Pecan Pound Cake

Glazed Praline Pound Cake ingredients (12)
Makes one Bundt cake, or about 12 to 16 slices
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
4-oz sour cream
4-oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup Praline Original Pecan Liqueur
1 cup pecans, chopped

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Praline liqueur
2 Tbsp water

Glazed Praline Pound Cake directions
Get ready
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour Bundt pan.

Prepare cake
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat three (3) minutes. Mix dry ingredients together.

Mix together sour cream, cream cheese and liqueur. 

Alternately add dry ingredients with sour cream mixture, beating well. Stir in nuts. 

Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350ºF until it tests done, about sixty to seventy (60-70) minutes. 

Cool in pan on rack fifteen (15) minutes; then, turn out pan onto large plate and glaze.

Prepare glaze 
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir for five (5) minutes before pouring over cake. Repour some that drips until it starts to thicken.
