Bisquick Peach Cobbler test notes
Topping is tasty with light texture. Combining the dry and liquid ingredients before covering the peaches eliminated issue of unbaked dry clumps when liquid is poured over dry ingredients. However, to suit our preferences, I need to reduce the amount of batter by half, or increase the fruit.
These peaches were flavorful but not as juicy as others this season. Adding a small amount of sugar and butter over the peaches resulted in a nice, light syrup which also added pleasing moistness to the underside of the Topping.
