Anne Byrn's Sweetened Cream ingredients (3)
Makes 2 cups
1 cup heavy cream, very cold
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Get ready
Chill a large mixing bowl and a pair of electric mixer beaters for fifteen (15) minutes.

When ready to begin, assemble ingredients.

Whip the cream
Pour the heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.  Using the chilled beaters, beat heavy cream on High speed until thickened, ninety (90) seconds. Stop the machine.

Sweeten the cream
Add the confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl. Beat on High speed until stiff peaks form, one to two (1 - 2) minutes more.

Serve at once.
