Chocolate-Banana Frozen Pie with Peanut Butter Crust ingredients
Makes 8 servings
1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 8 cookie sheets)
1/2 cup honey (divided use)
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups mashed ripe banana (about 4)
2 cups chocolate low-fat frozen yogurt, softened
8 tsp chocolate syrup

Add 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon while cooking bananas.

Prepare crust
Combine cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of honey, and peanut butter, stirring well. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of a (9-inch) pie plate. Freeze until set, about twenty (20) minutes.

Cook bananas
Combine remaining 1/4 cup of honey and banana in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over Medium heat until the mixture thickens, about six (6) minutes; stir frequently. Set aside to cool completely.

Prepare pie filling
Place the softened chocolate low-fat frozen yogurt in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer at Medium speed until smooth.

Fold cooled banana mixture into yogurt.

Fill pie crust and freeze
Spoon mixture into crust. Cover and freeze until firm, about four (4) hours.

Drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving.
