Bourbon Ice Cream | Fiesta

This Bourbon Ice Cream recipe from the Junior League of Corpus Christi, Inc. uses store-bought ice cream plus several add-ins for an adult dessert.

Bourbon Ice Cream ingredients (4)
Makes 0.5-gallon (2-quarts), 
or about 5 (12.0-ozs. / 3 scoops each) servings
0.5-gallon vanilla ice cream
1.5 cups chopped pecans, lightly toasted
1 (10-oz) jar maraschino cherries, cut and drained
(1 cup / 8-oz.) bourbon

Bourbon Ice Cream Directions
Soften ice cream. Quickly stir in other ingredients.

Refreeze in the ice cream container(s).
