Spinach Bake | Bayou Cuisine



Spinach Bake ingredients (10)
Makes 6 servings
1 (10-oz) package frozen chopped spinach
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup grated sharp cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp soft butter
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary or thyme leaves, crushed


Spinach Bake directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cook and drain spinach. Mix with other ingredients.

Spray lightly 10- x 6- x 1.5-inch casserole dish with PAM® No-Stick  Cooking Spray; pour in the spinach mixture and bake twenty to twenty five (20 - 25) minutes.

Cut into squares and serve warm.
