Jo's Impossible Coconut Pie | Cotton Belles Delectables



Jo's Impossible Coconut Pie ingredients (7)
Makes 6 to 8 servings
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Original Bisquick® Baking Mix
1/4 cup margarine or butter
4 eggs
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flaked or shredded sweetened coconut


Jo's Impossible Coconut Pie directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease 9-inch pie plate. If you wish, cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil to place in oven to catch any spills.


Prepare filling
Place all ingredients in blender container; cover and blend on High speed for fifteen (15) seconds. Pour into pie plate. If you wish, place pie plate on the foil-covered baking sheet. Let pie sit on counter for five (5) minutes.

Then, bake in preheated oven until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about fifty to fifty-five (50 to 55) minutes.


Serving
Refrigerate any remaining pie.
