Broccoli in Wine | Bayou Cuisine

Broccoli in Wine ingredients (5)

1 bunch broccoli
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 large garlic clove, crushed
Pinch cayenne pepper

Broccoli in Wine directions
Wash and trim broccoli and cut stalk lengthwise if thick.

In a large skillet over High heat, combine the olive oil, wine, garlic and cayenne. Add the broccoli and bring the liquid to a boil. Then, cover, reduce heat and steam slowly just until tender, about five to ten (5 - 10)  minutes.
