Sue's Mock Boursin Spread ingredients
Makes 1 cupSpread
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp caraway seed
1 tsp basil
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp chopped chives
DirectionsIn a small bowl, blend together cream cheese and seasonings. Pack into a small crock and cover; refrigerate for 24 hours to blend flavors.
Serve at room temperature with assorted crackers.
