Pat's Horseradish Sauce

This Horseradish Sauce is one of a sister's favorite accompaniments for a corned beef dinner. (Sign-in to view her Supper Menu and the recipes.)



Pat's Horseradish Sauce ingredients (4)
Makes about 1 cup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish (see Notes)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Notes:  Pat suggests starting with 1 Tbsp horseradish and then adjusting according to your family’s preferences.



Pat's Horseradish Sauce directions
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving as a condiment on the table.
