Scallion-Herb Butter

This compound butter goes nicely with smoked salmon.

Scallion-Herb Butter ingredients
2.50-LBS unsalted butter, room temperature
1.25 tsp minced garlic
5.00 Tbsp minced scallions (white and green parts)
5.00 Tbsp minced fresh dill
5.00 Tbsp minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
5.00 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
5.00 tsp kosher salt
1.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Notes:

Directions
In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine all of the ingredients. Beat just until mixed; do not whip.

Wrap and store in refrigerator, or freeze until needed.
