Grand Marnier Glaze

This glaze accompanies Cranberry-Orange quick bread.

Grand Marnier Glaze ingredients
Makes enough for 2 loaf pans

2 cups powdered sugar
7 to 8 Tbsp Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur

Use fresh orange juice instead of liqueur.

Notes:  This glaze should have consistency of corn syrup or thick maple syrup.

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and 7 Tbsp Grand Marnier. If it is too thick, thin with the remaining Tbsp of liqueur.
