Dipping Oils





Rosemary Parmesan
Makes enough for 4 servings
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1-2 garlic cloves, finely minced (or grated)
1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/8 tsp Kosher salt
1 to 2 Tbsp grated or finely shredded Parmesan cheese

For serving:
Crusty French or Italian Bread

Notes:

Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and next 5 ingredients (vinegar through salt); set aside for about 2 hours.

Whisk olive oil again and pour onto serving saucer(s); add Parmesan cheese. Serve with crusty bread.
