Honey Marinade | Louisiana Cookin'


Honey Marinade ingredients
Makes enough for 4 chicken breasts
1 cup honey
1/2 cup red wine vinegar 
1/4 cup olive oil 
1/4 cup lemon juice 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1/2 tsp dried oregano 
1/2 tsp dried basil 
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves 
2 tsp salt 
2 tsp pepper 

Notes:  Bake marinated chicken at 375ºF for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.


Directions
Whisk together all of the ingredients. Toss with the chicken and marinate for four to twelve (4-12) hours in the refrigerator. 

Drain chicken before cooking; use excess to baste while cooking.
