Cranberry Meade Applesauce ingredients
4 Granny Smith apples3/4 cup whole cranberries
1/2 cup Bunratty Meade (readily available in USA - visit Bunratty Meade)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar

Directions
Wash, core and quarter apples. Combine apples with cranberries in saucepan; add Meade and water. Cover and cook over Low heat until apples are mushy, stirring often to prevent sticking.Add sugar and cook further until sugar is absorbed. Remove from heat; cool for about 30 minutes.
Blend in processor about 10 seconds. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
