Chocolate Fudgies | Louisiana Cookin'

Chocolate Fudgies ingredients
Makes about 4 dozen
1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 (18.25-oz) box devil’s food cake mix
1 large egg
1 (8-oz) container fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed

Add 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and 1/2 cup pecans to the mixture.

Preheat oven 350°F. Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread confectioners’ sugar on a plate.

In a bowl, mix together by hand the cake mix, egg, and whipped topping; the batter will be sticky. Form dough into teaspoon-sized balls and roll in confectioners’ sugar. Bake for ten to twelve (10 to 12) minutes.
