Berry Crumble Cake ingredients
Makes 6 servingsCake
1/2 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups + 1 tsp flour (divided use)
1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup milk
2 cups Kirkland Signature / Rader Farmss™ Nature's Three Berries (frozen raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 stick cold butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup flour
Position rack in the middle of the oven; preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 9- x 9-inch square pan.
Mix the cake
In a large mixing bowl, use a spoon to blend softened butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, 2 cups of the flour, baking powder and milk; mix until blended.
In a separate bowl, mix together frozen berries and the remaining 1 tsp flour; add to the batter and mix gently. Pour into the prepared pan.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend until crumbly. Spread evenly over the batter.
Bake the cake
Place pan on the middle oven rack and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about fifty to fifty-five (50 to 55) minutes.
