For fun gift giving, pack this Asian Party Mix in Chinese take-out cartons.

Asian Party Mix
Makes about 1-gallon
3 cups Corn Chex cereal
3 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 1/2 generous cups small sesame rice crackers, broken if you like
1 1/2 generous cups tiny pretzel twists
1 (4.9-oz) can wasabi peas
2 cups dry roasted peanuts, lightly salted
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp curry power (Aralia brand yellow vegetable curry powder preferred)
2 Tbsp good quality soy sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin ground
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/8 to 1/2 scant tsp ground cayenne pepper
Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 200ºF. In a big bowl, mix the cereals, thins, pretzel twists, peas and peanuts.

In a saucepan over Medium heat, melt butter and add remaining ingredients; cook a couple of minutes for flavors to blend. Start pouring the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and blend well.

Spray two rimmed cookie sheets and spread mixture in single layers. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool before serving.

Store in airtight containers at room temperature.
