East North Carolina-Style BBQ | The Times-Picayune

East North Carolina-Style
Barbecue Sauce ingredients
Makes about 2 cups
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp hot sauce
Salt, ground black pepper and cayenne to taste

Directions
Combine all the ingredients and whisk to blend.
