Cheddar Apple Nut Bread | Cotton Belles Delectables

Cheddar Apple Nut Bread ingredients (11)
Makes 1 (9- x 5-inch) loaf
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup margarine, melted
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1.5 cups chopped apples
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Cheddar Apple Nut Bread directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Thoroughly grease and flour (9- x 5-inch) loaf pan; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour through cinnamon). In a small bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk and melted margarine; stir into dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in remaining ingredients; spoon batter into prepared loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 65 to 70 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan to finish cooling on a wire rack.
