Makes 24 tea sandwiches
1 to 2 Golden Delicious apples, cored and sliced thin1 tsp lemon juice
12 thin slices date-nut bread
8-ozs sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced thin
Apple-Mint Chutney
Cut each slice of date-nut bread in half. Top each piece of bread with a slice of cheese, a slice of apple and a dollop of chutney.
