1 cup soy sauce2 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup bourbon
1 to 1.5-LBS pork tenderloin
For serving:
Chutney or Pepper Jelly

Directions
The day before or 4 hours in advance: Combine liquids and pour over pork; marinate in refrigerator.To bake: Preheat oven to 325ºF. Pour off 1/2 marinade and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with chutney or Hot Pepper Jelly.
