Chicken Curry Cream Cheese Ball ingredients
Makes 11 (8-oz) carton cream cheese
1 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
3/4 cup almonds, toasted and finely chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chutney, chopped
1 Tbsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
Chopped parsley or flaked coconut
Chicken Curry Cream Cheese Ball DirectionsCombine cheese ball ingredients; cover and chill for several hours.
Shape into ball; roll in parsley or coconut and serve with crackers.
