Zucchini Appetizer ingredients
Makes 36 pieces
3 cups thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini1 cup biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp oregano or marjoram
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp garlic salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour into a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cut into finger-size portions and serve.
