Grand Marnier Bundt Cake ingredients (6)
Makes 12 to 16 servings1 (18.25-oz) box yellow cake mix
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
1 cup sugar
1 (7-oz) jar apricot jam
Grand Marnier Bundt Cake directionsPrepare cake mix according to package directions and bake in a Bundt pan.
While the cake is baking, and in a small saucepan, combine the juices, Grand Marnier and sugar. Bring to a low boil; continue to boil until the mixture reaches a syrupy consistency; cool.
When the cake is done, remove from pan to cool; while still warm, use a straw to poke many holes in the cake. Pour the syrup over the cake, filling the holes. Brush apricot jam over the cake.
