Ginger-Soy Dressing | V8®

Serve Ginger-Soy Dressing over salad greens or pasta salads.

Ginger-Soy Dressing ingredients
Makes 1.5-cups
3/4 cup V8® Vegetable Juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 Tbsp dry sherry

Notes:

Directions
At least 2 hours before serving and in covered jar, combine all ingredients; shake until well blended. Refrigerate, covered, until serving time, at least 2 hours.

Shake again before using. Serve over salad greens or pasta salads.
