4 cups biscuit baking mix2 Tbsp sugar
1 (12-oz) can of beer

3 cups self-rising flour2 Tbsp sugar
1 (12-oz) bottle of beer

Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF. For Beer Biscuits: Grease muffin tin and set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat for 1 minute. Place dough in prepared muffin tins and bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes.
For Beer Bread: Grease a 9- x 5- x 3-inch loaf pan and set aside. In large mixing bowl, mix dry ingredients; add beer and mix well. Form into loaf and place in prepared pan. Bake at 375ºF for 1 hour. Let cool before slicing.
