1/4 cup butter2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp water
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions
In a large saucepan (preferably non-stick), put butter, sugar and water; stir gently until sugar is dissolved. Add the condensed milk; bring to boil. Simmer on very low heat until mixture thickens and browns, about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally during simmering. Remove from heat; beat well.
