Breakfast Pizza


Breakfast Pizza ingredients
Makes 4 to 5 servings
Pastry for 9-inch single-crust pie
6 smoky link sausages, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 cups (8-oz) shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 Tbsp chopped parsley


Preheat oven to 425ºF. Roll out pastry and fit into 12-inch pizza pan. Bake, on lowest oven rack, for 5 minutes; cool.

Sprinkle sausage and cheese over crust. In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs; stir in sour cream and parsley until smooth. Pour over sausage and cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes more. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
