Benihana Salad Dressing | Suncoast Seasons

Benihana Salad Dressing ingredients
Makes 6 generous servings
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup peanut oil
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger root
1 Tbsp chopped celery
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1-1/2 tsp tomato paste
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp pepper, or to taste

Notes:

Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender or processor using the steel blade; process until smooth.

Store in covered container in refrigerator.
