Traditional Thai Red Curry | Thai Kitchen®

Traditional Thai Red Curry ingredients
Makes 2 to 4 servings with rice
1 (14-oz) can Thai Kitchen Pure Coconut Milk
1 to 3 Tbsp Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3 to 4 Tbsp Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce
1/4 cup fresh basil
1 sliced bell pepper
1/2 sliced onion
12-oz mixed vegetables, meat or seafood

For serving:
Steamed rice

Notes: Vary curry paste and fish sauce to taste.

Simmer the coconut milk with the red curry paste over Medium flame for 5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
