Irish stew, with bacon, cabbage and parsley sauce, 

Dublin Bay prawns

Boiled potatoes, with a lump of Irish butter

Dessert
Rhubarb tart made with a scone dough, served upside down 
with whipped cream and brown sugar melting onto it
