Dianne's Pineapple-Orange Cake

Dianne's Pineapple-Orange Cake ingredients
Makes 12 to 16 slices
1 Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 small can mandarin oranges, with juice/syrup

Pineapple Frosting
1 large container Cool Whip
1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small box Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix together all cake ingredients; bake in layer pans for 30 to 35 minutes.

To make frosting, stir dry pudding mix into Cool Whip; stir in vanilla and drained pineapple. Refrigerate until needed.

After cake is cooled, frost.

Refrigerate any remaining portions.
