Crunchy Clusters ingredients
Makes about 36 pieces1 (12-oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips or 3 (6-oz) pkgs butterscotch-flavored chips
1 (14-oz) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 (3-oz) can chow mein noodles or 2 cups pretzel sticks broken into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
DirectionsIn 2-quart glass measuring cup, combine chips and condensed milk. Microwave on High setting for three (3) minutes, stirring halfway. Then, remove and stir until smooth.
In large mixing bowl, combine noodles (or pretzel pieces) and nuts. Gently stir in condensed milk mixture, until all noodles (or pretzels) are coated.
Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper-lined baking sheets.
Chill until firm, about two (2) hours. Store loosely covered in a cool dry place.
