Hot Taco Dip | Pampered Chef®

Pampered Chef Taco Dip Dip ingredients
Makes 8 servings
For dip:
1 (9-oz) can refried beans
1 (4-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1-oz)
1/2 medium tomato, seeded and diced (about 1/2 cup)
2 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pitted black olives, sliced
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

For garnish:
Additional sour ceam

For serving:
Frito's

Notes:

Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Spread bean dip on the bottom of a square baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and pressed garlic; mix well and spread evenly over bean layer.

Grate cheddar cheese over top; bake in preheated 350ºF oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle tomato, onions, olives and cilantro (or parsley); garnish with additional sour cream, if desired. Serve warm with chips.
