Candied Carrots

Candied Carrots ingredients
Makes ??
1-LB carrots
1 cup orange marmalade
1 tsp cornstarch


Cut carrots crosswise into 1/4-inch thick pieces. Place in saucepan containing a small amount of boiling water. Boil for about 5 minutes.

Add marmalade; cook until carrots are tender. Remove carrots with a slotted spoon.

Stir cornstarch into a small amount of liquid, then add to carrots; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Toss carrots with marmalade sauce; serve immediately.
