The original chicken wings began in 1964 at Frank and Teresa Bellissimo's Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY. This dressing is the perfect accompaniment to wings and celery sticks.

Buffalo Blue Cheese Dressing ingredients
Makes 3-1/2 cups
2 cups mayonnaise3 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
8-oz bleu cheese, crumbled
1/4 to 1/2 cup cold water

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, dry mustard, pepper and salt; beat until well blended. Mix in the bleu cheese.Add enough cold water gradually to make the dressing of the desired consistency, whisking constantly. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
