Spicy Salsa Chicken with Sour Cream

Spicy Salsa Chicken with Sour Cream ingredients
Makes 4 servings
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream


Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in the bottom of the crock-pot; sprinkle with taco seasoning. Top with salsa and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.

When ready to serve, remove chicken from the crock-pot. Place about 2 Tbsps cornstarch in a little water. Stir well. Stir the cornstarch paste into the liquid. Stir in 1/4 cup fat free sour cream; stir well.

Spoon over chicken and serve warm.
