Coconut Whipped Cream | Bobby Flay

Bobby Flay's Coconut Whipped Cream ingredients (6)
1.5 cups cold heavy cream
1/4 cup Cocoa Lopez
2 Tbsp confectioners’ sugar or granulated sugar
1 tsp coconut rum
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup lightly toasted sweetened coconut

Notes:  Bobby serves with German Chocolate Cake.

Bobby Flay's Coconut Whipped Cream directions
Combine heavy cream, coconut milk, sugar and vanilla in a mixer and mix until soft peaks form. 

Plate cake slices, top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with some of the toasted coconut.
