Crisp Waldorf Boats

Crisp Waldorf Boats ingredients
Makes 14 appetizer servings
Large celery stalks
1 apple, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp seedless raisins, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice


About one hour before serving, cut enough celery stalks into 3-inch pieces to make 14 pieces.

In medium bowl with spoon, mix chopped apple and remaining ingredients. Spoon mixure into celery pieces. Cover and refrigerate.
