This punch is light, and very refreshing. It's easy to make, and I always receive numerous requests for the recipe.
Mock Champagne ingredients
Makes 6.5-Quarts
2 (25.4-oz / 750ml) bottles Welch's Sparkling Non-Alcoholic White Grape Juice Cocktail, chilled2 (67.7-oz / 2-liter) bottles Canada Dry Ginger Ale, chilled
1 (32-oz / 946ml) bottle Welch's 100% Juice White (Niagara) Grape Juice, chilled
1 (6-oz / 177ml) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
For serving:
Ice ring (optional)
Notes: 1996 "Honey-Do" Shower. For parties, I like serving in 6-oz wine glasses. Substituting sparkling apple cider completely changes the flavor and the punch is not nearly as light.
Directions
Chill all liquids overnight (at least 8 hours, and longer if possible) before mixing the punch.
Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Add an ice ring, if desired.
