Cake Batter Cookies | Christy Robbins

Cake Batter Cookies ingredients
Makes about 24 (2 1/2-inch) cookies
1 pkg Yellow Butter Cake Mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tub fluffy icing
Sprinkles

Notes:

Directions 
Mix first three ingredients, and chill dough for at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Roll and shape cookies. Since the dough is very soft, and to retain the desired cookie shape, it's better to take a little ball of dough, flatten it with the bottom of a glass directly positioned on the cookie sheet, and then cut out the shape, and pulled the excess from around the edges.

Leave plenty of space between cookies on the baking sheet because this recipe tends to spread out more than usual cookie dough.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Cool, ice and sprinkle.
