Shrimp Casserole | Charleston Receipts Repeats

Shrimp Casserole ingredients
Makes 6 servings
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 LB raw shrimp, peeled
1 (10.75-oz) can cream of shrimp soup
1 cup herb stuffing
1 cup cooked rice
Salt and pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Saute celery, onion, bell pepper, and shrimp in butter. Add cream of shrimp soup and rice; mix.

Pour in buttered 2-QT casserole dish. Sprinkle with herb stuffing. Bake for 40 minutes.
