Cheesy Butternut Squash | Slow-Cooker Quick Fixes

The Editors of Southern Living Magazine suggest cantaloupe wedges as a side dish. 



Cheesy Butternut Squash ingredients
Makes 8 - 10 servings
2 cups uncooked regular yellow grits
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp salt
1 (32-oz) vegetable broth
1 (15-oz) can butternut squash puree
1 (10-3/4) can Cheddar Cheese soup
1/4 cup butter, cut into 4 pieces

Garnish:
Finely shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese

Notes:

Directions
Active Time: 4 minutes
Total Time: 4 hours 4 minutes
Stir together first 6 ingredients in a lightly greased 4-QT slow cooker until blended.

Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours, stirring after 2 hours. Stir in butter and sprinkle with cheese.
