Sausage & Pumpkin Rigatoni | Good Housekeeping

Sausage & Pumpkin Rigatoni ingredients

1-LB rigatoni
8-oz spicy Italian sausage, casings removed 
5 fresh sage leaves, finely chopped 
1 (15-oz) can pure pumpkin 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Notes:


Directions
Cook rigatoni as label directs, reserving 1 cup cooking water.

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage on Medium for 6 minutes, breaking up sausage. Add fresh sage leaves; cook for 1 minute more, stirring.

Add pumpkin and reserved pasta water; mix well. Drain pasta; return to pot. Add sausage mixture; heat through.

Stir in Parmesan and serve.
