Warm Lemon-Rosemary Olives ingredients
Makes 3 cups
3 cups mixed olives2 fresh rosemary sprigs
1 tsp dried crushed red pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp olive oil
For garnish:
Rosemary sprig,
Lemon rind strips
Place first 4 ingredients (olives through lemon zest) on a large piece of aluminum foil; drizzle with oil.

Preheat oven to 400°F.Place first 4 ingredients (olives through lemon zest) on a large piece of aluminum foil; drizzle with oil.
Fold foil over olive mixture, and pinch edges to seal. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Garnish, if desired, and serve warm.
