Irish Mist Salad Dressing

Serve Irish Mist Dressing on spinach or fruit salads.

Irish Mist Salad Dressing ingredients
Makes 10-ozs (1.25 cups)
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Irish Mist Honey Liqueur
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp honey
6 Tbsp vegetable oil
Freshly-ground white pepper

In a small bowl, blend mustard, liqueur, vinegar and honey. Whisk in oil in thin stream. Season with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate in airtight container.

I clipped this recipe from a food magazine in the 1980s or 1990s; however, I do not recall its name or the publisher.
