Shirley's Chocolate Butter Pie


Shirley's Chocolate Butter Pie ingredients
Makes 1 pie
1-1/2 cups sugar
3-1/2 Tbsp cocoa
1 small can (5.33-oz) Pet Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
Prepared pie crust


Notes:


Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix together the sugar and cocoa. Add the Pet Milk, vanilla, and melted butter.

Using a hand beater, beat the 2 eggs and add to the cocoa mixture.

Pour into pie crust, and bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes.

Reduce heat to 300ºF and bake for 35 minutes.

Serve with Cool Whip, whipped cream or ice cream.
